There are two embroidery set up charges on on branded clothing if the logo is two different sizes. For example many companies have an embroidered logo to the left breast but then repeat the logo larger on the reverse of the workwear garment along with a web address, telephone number or some other message.
The stitching to the left breast of the garment uses what we call ‘Satin Stitch’ – this means the machine runs back and forth to create each letter.
When you print a much larger letter the machine has to use what is called a ‘Fill Stitch’ where it uses lots of little stitches to create the shape of the letter/number etc.
