Do you charge for delivery?
All UK mainland orders over £100 (ex vat) will automatically receive free delivery. If your order is under £100 net, please see our full list of delivery prices here
What happens if I have to return an item?
Please note we can only accept returns for plain garments. Any items that have been decorated cannot be returned. Items to be returned must be in original packaging and not worn or washed. Items will only be eligible for a return if they arrive back with us within 28 days of the original delivery date. for more informations about returns see our returns policy here
What is your lead time for customised orders?
We aim to have your order dispatched by the initial date provided on your order confirmation. For customised orders with a new logo, we will require your approval before we proceed with production. Our artwork team will send over an initial proof via email within 24-48 hours of you placing your order. Any delay in approval may change your estimated dispatch date.We aim to deliver your products on the date originally provided, however, any delays to artwork approval or amends may change this date.If you have an urgent request, or the order is for a specific event or required on a specific date, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you.
