Digitising: For new embroidered logos there is a £25+vat digitising fee which covers the cost to create the stitch pattern. Please note this cost is per logo and size. For example if you have a left breast logo and the same logo large on the back this requires 2x stitch patterns. Please note this is a one-off charge. For returning customers using the same logo there is no setup fee, or if you are ordering multiple items with the same logo you only pay 1 digitising fee.
Vectorising: For printing if your artwork is too low res to work with we may need to vectorise your logo in order to print. For this there is a £25+vat charge but we will advise if this is required.
